Spring Has Sprung- Cartoon Kid Jumps for Joy

Spring has sprung around the world, some places faster than others though. This happy kid reminds me of myself, growing up in the Midwest. Cabin fever was putting it mildly. I could not WAIT to run through the neighborhood without a parka and galoshes. This is another one of my transitional paintings I’m so fond of. (See the following Links)

A cartoon kid jumps for joy as Spring has sprung. He jumps instantly from winter to spring in one big bound.
